This is the first track off the new Ice Cube album due for release this year. It is officially the first good rap song of 2008. Ice Cube uses his art to comment on some of the most controversial events of the past year and he does so well. Despite roles in films such as “Are We There Yet” Cube remains a powerful figure in the rap game. He comes strong on this track showing he still has that hunger, which I’m happy to see.
